I would highly recommend this shop! I originally had my BMW check engine light diagnosed at another place, where they told me I needed to replace a part and quoted me nearly $2,000. I decided to get a second opinion here, and they initially quoted me around $900 for parts, labor, and tax—which was already much more cheaper. But what impressed me even more was that when I actually brought my car in, they took the time to properly inspect it and found that I didn’t need the replacement at all. A part was simply stuck, preventing the shutter from opening. They fixed the issue and only charged me $170. Erika at the front desk was awesome—very responsive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Based on my experience, this shop is trustworthy, transparent, and genuinely tries to fix the actual problem instead of overcharging or pushing unnecessary repairs. I’m really glad I came here for a second opinion and would absolutely recommend them.

Mike and Monty are the best, I trust them more than stealership at this point for my 991.2. Here are the things they have done for me 1. Replaced a broken radiator housing - managed the entire process with my extended contract company and kept me regularly updated 2. Performed 40k service, talked me about of a brake fluid refresh - thanks Mike 3. When the dealership refused to perform an oil change because of some misconfiguration of assembly in the 40k service, Monty took the entire car apart and spent 2 hours looking for what the dealership was talking about while Mike handled coordinating with the dealership. They explained nothing was out of place and the dealership has since then not had any issues performing regular oil service - a Christmas miracle 4. Kept me entertained with jokes and life stories while I wait for my car from service Btw they never charged me for 3, despite my insistence. I will never go to a different shop if I can help it

I got my GT3 for a service there and I’m very happy! Erika at front desk was informative, responsive and professional. Nate did a great job on my car and was very professional. Also fair prices!

I have brought my Audis, Porsches and BMWs here for years and Monty and his crew have always done a great job. It’s a smaller shop with top notch workmanship. I prefer this type of shop because they can really focus on the cars when they get them and never try and sell you a service or something you don’t need. If Monty retires I’m not sure where I’m going to take my car for service and that scares me. It’s just really hard to find a shop that knows your car and its history. I have even tried to talk myself into the upsell of certain mods and they straight advise not to do them if they think it will lead to problems. That’s keeps me out of the shop for most things outside of scheduled maintenance. Very competitive labor and parts pricing that I never feel the need to question. Also a great place to take a car for a pre purchase inspection if you want a straight shooter.

I worked in the automotive industry for years and can only recommend Redmond European. Genuinely best automotive shop around. They have even talked me out of a few more pricey repairs that do not need to immediately be done. Not only do they understand that business is about honest work and repeat business, but they are also a pleasure to work with. Monty the owner, will out and say hi to me and let me know what is going on with my Audi every time I come in. Best way I can put it is this is my barbershop. I come here not only to get reliable and honest service on all of my vehicles but also to “talk shop” with Mike, Monty, the techs and other customers. If you are looking for a fair, honest and highly skilled shop, look no further. Thank you Mike, Monty and all of the techs for years of honest, professional and reliable work on my family’s vehicles.
